Emmanuel Ayiku is a young professional passionate about helping individuals discover their purpose in life and become everything they were destined to be.  He obtained his bachelor's in public relations and a minor in Marketing in 2018.  He then went on to obtain his first Master's in Higher Education in 2018 and obtained his second Masters in Leadership and Human Resource Development in 2023.  Currently, he is working on his Ph.D. in Leadership and Human Resource Development and is anticipated to graduate in 2025.

Emmanuel is an immigrant from Ghana who always had a passion for success but didn't know where to start or have someone to lead or teach him.  Like many Ghaianas, he majored in nursing in college but didn't enjoy studying the human body.  They said it never feels like work when you are doing what you love; studying about the human body was work. 

Changing his major led him on a journey to discover what his purpose in life was.  By the journey's end, he had to redefine what success meant.  Success no longer meant how much money he would obtain before he died but how many lives he could impact.  Many envision themselves with items that add value to them more than who they become. 

When he was obtaining his first Master's degree, he conducted research titled, How Do College Christian Student Leaders Discover Their Purpose In Life.  During this research, his perspective on purpose and success changed.  One day whiles in prayer, Unseen Potential was given to him.  Emmanuel doesn't only desire to inspire individuals to find their purpose but to encourage others to live their purpose by serving their gift.  This gift could be writing a book, singing a song, constructing a building that has never been built, or being a valuable member of their family and society.  Everything in this life has a purpose, and Emmanuel's goal is to be alongside you as you discover what that gift is and present it to the world.
